It started when business partners Cathy & Pat Allen successfully created and grew a twenty branch 300 + salesperson real estate company.  This company was called ‘Allens’.

Cathy and Pat could see the opportunity to help property investors with real estate in Auckland and started a new company after selling their real estate business.

They could see a requirement for a specialist Auckland Property Management company that was dedicated to  serving the requirements of landlords and investors.  The company was set up from the beginning to help investors who wanted to rent their properties instead of selling them.

Pat and Cath are active property investors.  Their long-term real estate experience and market insight is what makes Allens different, and what helps property investors with Auckland property to really get results.

The Allens grew their property management business and teamed up with their sons Joe & Simon to create Allen Realty Ltd 2005 Ltd.  This company was started from the beginning to be an Auckland focused property management company ‘by investors for investors’.

The goal was (and still is) to deliver comprehensive yet flexible service to property investors…covering all aspects of property management.

Allen Realty 2005 now delivers service across the Auckland area.  This ground-floor service is achieved through a local branch network that keeps the company intimately involved in the changing rental, tenant and property management scene.

All areas are covered from Gulf Harbour in the North, to Papakura in the South, and everywhere in between. From family homes, apartments, townhouses, state houses, minor dwellings whether in Central, North, East ,South or West Auckland we’ve got it covered.

The company head office is situated at 582 Great South Road, Green Lane, Auckland.  There is lots of parking for clients and tenants.

From this central location, many millions of dollars worth of residential property  is managed for our clients.  And those clients are spread all around the world, not just in Auckland New Zealand.
